All portraits are drawn on high
quality Bristol board and sprayed with a fixative to ensure timeless quality. It can take 4 to 6 weeks to complete, unless delivery date is specified. Your drawing will be sent to you via insured U.S. Mail.

Ordering
How to commission a portrait:
- Choose your photos. I will give you as much assistance as possible in choosing the right photos. It is very important to have the right photos as this is all the information I have to work from. Please contact me for further guidance.
- Simply send your photos to me. You can e-mail or mail them. If you mail them please do not send the origial together with a printed order form or alternatively, you can email your requirements to me (together with your name and address) with your photos as a (.jpg) attachment. Discuss what you do and do not want. Any specific requests and the deadline for the completed portrait.
- I ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the price This will secure your portrait a place in my schedule.You will be notified when
- On completion of the portrait I will email you a proof copy for finial approval. Please carefully check the proof photo before paying the remaining balance. There can be no refunds once the funds have been processed and the portrait sent. As soon as I receive the remaining balance I will mail your portrait.
Payment
All orders must be verified with myself before payment can be made. This allows me to see the suitability of photographs, help to give you advice on the best possible portrait and discuss any special requirements you have for your portrait. If you would like help with pricing your portrait email me your budget and requirements and I will be happy to help. I offer a variety of sizes, not all of which are listed so if you would like a specific size portrait email me for a quote.
Once we have agreed on the photos and composition, payment of the deposit is very simple. A minimum non-refundable deposit of half of the total cost of the portrait is required with your order. This will secure you a place in my schedule.
On completion of the portrait I will email you a proof copy of your portrait, for approval. Once you are completely happy with it you can send me the remaining payment. The outstanding balance and shipping for the portrait will be due at that Once the finial payment is received your portrait will be mailed to you
